Shipping and returns

Aunt Jennie’s Attic offers free shipping on all items. You will be notified when your order ships. Shipping will be by the most economical carrier possible, including UPS, FEDEX USPS, and in Iowa, Minnesota, and Illinois, Speedee Delivery. Please allow 1-3 days to prepare your items for shipping. Choose the “shipping included” option at checkout.
If you live in Iowa or northern Missouri, in-store pickup is an option. You may pick up your purchase at our store, Aunt Jennie’s Attic, 114 West Madison, Mount Ayr, Iowa {See map in the “contact” section of the website} If you choose in-store pickup, you will receive a rebate certificate equal to 10% of the listed price to be used on a future purchase. Choose the “in store pickup only” option at checkout.

Returns We hope you will love your purchases, but if something is not satisfactory, we want to make it right. If you need to return a purchase, please email me at savillemarilyn@gmail.com for instructions for returning your purchase for a refund of your purchase price. Please save your shipping materials and return in original packaging in original condition. Photos of your purchase may be required. If damaged in shipping, you must contact the carrier for reimbursement. Inspect your shipment carefully when it arrives.
